A Hotel Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance operations within the hotel, ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and visually appealing. This role manages a team of maintenance curators, coordinates preventive maintenance programs, and partners with hotel leadership to support an exceptional guest experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Lead projects assigned by Chief Engineer
· Assign room, mechanical, equipment, and building preventative maintenance to the engineering curators and conduct inspections to ensure that preventative maintenance is completed to hotel and brand standard.
· Ensure accurate records of repairs and inspections are being completed.
· Manager vendor relationships for specialized repairs, inspections, and service contracts.
