Teacher Assistant

Principal Responsibilities :

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher / Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, fostering their emotional, social, and intellectual development. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to engage with children in a positive manner.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential.
• Familiarity with infant care practices is a plus.
• First aid certification is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in preschool education or nannying is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
• A genuine passion for caregiving and nurturing young minds.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
