Our client, a growing mid-market services company is seeking a CFO to join their elite executive team as the Leader of the finance and accounting functions. This position offers the opportunity to shape and influence the strategy and growth of the organization. The company is getting noticed due to their exceptional employee culture and creative bonus structure.

CFO

Conshohocken, PA area

$200-235K + bonus

Responsibilities

  • Lead accounting and finance functions including FP&A
  • Partner with executive team regarding strategic planning
  • Prepare and review annual budget responsible for entire process
  • Provide short term and long range forecasting
  • Responsible for cash flow forecasting and cash management
  • Evaluation of current department processes and implement any identified improvements
  • Provide support for year end audit and internal control evaluations
  • Special projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, MBA a plus
  • 12+ years of relevant finance management experience
  • CPA and / or public accounting experience a plus
