Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Internal Float Pool!

Are you a dedicated RN seeking a dynamic night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and growth? The Internal Float Pool provides an opportunity to enhance your clinical skills while working across different units such as ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU at our hospital.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Your Commitment to Your Career :

Competitive pay ranging from $37.50 - $56.25 per hour

What You Will Do :

Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence

What We Are Looking For :

Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)

Flexibility to meet the 6-week schedule requirements, including weekends and holidays

Training & Skills Provided :

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

NIHSS (Stroke Scale)

IV Ultrasound training

Charge Nurse cross-training

Qualifications :

Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Completion of an accredited Nursing program
