Reports to : Regional Program Director
Position Summary
The purpose of the Program Manager position is to handle all planning and implementation of the 6-week Summer Program and year round Pro Program.
Responsibilities
Program Planning
- Review data and notes from summer program in order to identify needs and opportunities for improvement
- Work with Regional Program Director to form annual Action Plan for both Summer and Pro Programs (August – July Calendar) with agreed-upon improvement projects, and updates to annual timeline
- Collaborate with Regional Program Director on annual budgets for Summer and Pro Programs
Program Preparation
Collaborate with Regional Program Director to secure worksite partners for summerSecure all event venues for Summer and ProCollaborate with Regional Program Director to recruit and hire summer staffStrategize and manage student recruitmentConfirm transportation logistics for Summer Program and Pro PD sessionsProgram Execution
SummerPrepare and manage student onboarding process from interviews to hiringCollaborate with Regional Program Director to ensure quality training summer staffSupervise and oversee Summer Program StaffOrganize and oversee all Professional Development days and Program EventsCollaborate with Development Officer on volunteers for Professional Development and Program EventsCoordinate stakeholder / worksite visitsLead post-program debriefs with work site partners, summer staff, and volunteersManage vehicle maintenance schedule, vehicle rental agreements terms, and delivery and return of vehiclesWork with Regional Program Director to track student data and outcomesWork with Regional Program Director and Development Officer on publicity, donor / prospect engagement, and storytellingProConduct monthly 1 on 1 with assigned Pro CaseloadConduct monthly Professional Development SessionsTrack student data and outcomes for assigned caseload in Salesforce (Including monthly 1 on 1’s and meaningful contacts)Collaborate with Regional Program Director and Development Officer on volunteers for Pro Conferences, Work Place Tours, Job Shadows, etc.Collaborate with Regional Program Manager and Development Officer to support local events (Speakers for Taste of TeenWorks and Futures Breakfast)Provide transportation for Pro Conferences, Work Place Tours, Job Shadows, etc.Manage vehicle maintenance schedule, fuel tracking, van parkingOperations / Administration

Prior success planning and executing programsPrior case management experience a plusStrong Microsoft Office skillsPresence of core competencies (See Success Indicators)Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordMust be able to walk, stand and lift up to 30lbs.Requirements :
