Applications Engineer
An Applications Engineer 1 at MACOM performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression under direct supervision. The role typically involves knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments and uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instruction, guidance, and direction from others.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine tasks and assignments in support of engineering projects.
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of semiconductor devices.
- Follow standard procedures and protocols to solve basic engineering problems.
- Receive and act on feedback from more experienced engineers and supervisors.
- Document and report on work progress and outcomes.
