Material Handler

Johnson Service Group, has an immediate need for a Material Handler with a medical device manufacturer in Auburn, MA

Onsite | $18.00 per hour | Contract

The Logistics Center Associate / Material Handler will support the flow of goods for samples, conventions, and customer owned material. Associates are expected to support and contribute to the continuous improvement of (LEAN) culture.

Responsibilities

• Processing product to, and from, approved repair vendors.
• Performing packaging and shipping functions.
• Communicating the status of orders to internal stakeholders via email and / or notes added through SAP transactions.
• Participating in LEAN / Continuous Improvement initiatives with a high level of engagement.
• These LEAN activities include : 6S audits, Idea Board meetings, Visual Control Systems
