As an Account Manager, you will provide service and support to clients and agents, by assisting, maintaining, and expanding assigned accounts. Duties:
- Renew/Market Accounts including completion of applications, requesting loss runs and corresponding with underwriters, rating new & renewal business
- Communication with the agent during the quoting process
- Preparing proposals based on the client’s needs and the coverage's proposed
- Develop & maintain strong professional relationships with clients & insurance company representatives
- Maintain client and policy information in the customer management system including policies, endorsement, new and renewal business
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day service on accounts
