Compliance : Maintain accurate medical records and ensure all practices meet federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. Collaboration : Work with the Director of Nursing or Clinical Care Coordinator to uphold quality care standards. Quality Improvement : Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing resident care and facility operations. Qualifications for this position typically include a valid LPN certification and experience in a long-term care setting.
