This is a unique opportunity for a talented associate to join a high-performing team working on market-leading transactions for major financial institutions and global clients.

About the Role

  • Advise major financial institutions, debt funds, and other prominent lenders on sophisticated real estate finance transactions.
  • Work on complex financing structures, including securitization, syndication, and participation of commercial mortgage, construction, and mezzanine loans.
  • Collaborate with industry-leading attorneys on deals that shape the real estate market.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of legal experience in real estate finance at a top-tier law firm.
  • Strong background in securitization, syndication, and participation of commercial mortgage loans.
  • Experience representing developers, owner / operators, and borrowers is a plus.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills.
  • Juris Doctorate or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
