[job_card.job_description]Utilize evidence-based screening tools and diagnostic criteria to develop comprehensive treatment plans Deliver individual and group psychotherapy, using various therapeutic modalities tailored to patient needs Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications while monitoring efficacy and side effects Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice Board-certified as a PMHNP-BC by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or eligible for board certification Active DEA registration A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatric / mental health nursing in an outpatient setting Experience in patient education regarding medication treatment and aftercare services Proficiency in advanced psychotherapeutic techniques, including group counseling Experience in treating substance addiction and co-occurring disorders Ability to work with diverse patient populations across different age groups Familiarity with EHR systems, including Excel and Outlook
