The Role :
As a Delivery Operations Associate , you’ll be the face of Borba Property Group in the community. You’ll deliver critical documents, notices, and correspondence to residents and property owners in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, participate in related legal procedures, perform light property inspections, support legal processes, and ensure that our properties remain safe, secure, and well-maintained. This is an active, field-based role that combines organization, communication, and problem-solving.
What You’ll Do :
Delivery of Correspondence :
Distribute official notices and documents such as 3-day notices, notices to relocate, rent increases and lease renewal offers, notices to perform and cure, welcome notices, notices to enter reminders, maintenance notices and updates, eviction notices, as well as other communications as necessary. in a timely and professional manner.Send out official notices and documents via mail, as necessary (rent increases, 3-day, other).Ensure delivery within established timeframes and according to delivery requirements, following provided routing software and supervisor’s instructions.Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, including time, date, and recipient details. Complete proof of service and other relevant documentation in a compliant manner and in accordance with company procedures.Provide feedback to the property supervisory team regarding successful or unsuccessful delivery attempts as well as an expectations or other relevant information.Light Inspections :
Perform light inspections of vacant units and common areas, reporting any issues such as hazards, trespassers, or maintenance needs.Perform Vacancy Checks of vacant units ensuring no squatters or pests and ensuring cleanliness, security, and proper plumbing conditions.Perform Common Area Checks ensuring no trash or debris is present, no broken windows or equipment, no other hazards, and no trespassers throughout the common areas of properties, including laundry facilities.Perform inspections and record relevant documentation and issues and retain records in a detailed fashion in accordance with company operating procedures and supervisor’s instructions.Compliance and Legal Awareness :
Support compliance with local and state regulations regarding resident notifications.Collaborate with property management and legal teams as needed, including participating in related legal processes.Participate as necessary in legal processes associated with notices (e.g., court appearances).Communication :
Provide courteous, professional communication with residents and staff during deliveries.Serve as a point of contact for residents during deliveries, addressing basic inquiries or redirecting questions to the appropriate department.Support Property Management Activities :
Coordinate with office staff to prioritize urgent or time-sensitive deliveries.What We’re Looking For :
A dependable, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of responsibility.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Clear and professional written and verbal communication.Comfortable using GPS / mapping apps and mobile tools for reporting.Ability to use app-based tools for photo, video, and text documentation of compliance-based activitiesA reliable vehicle, valid California Driver’s License, auto insurance, and a clean driving record requiredClear driving record for at least 3 years.High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in property management, delivery services, or customer service is a plus, but not required.Physical & Work Requirements :
Prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending and lifting throughout the shift.Comfortable walking, standing, climbing stairs, and driving for extended periods.Stamina to maintain a fast-paced delivery schedule with multiple stops per shiftAbility to work in varied weather conditions.Manual dexterity to handle, sort, and scan notices efficientlyAdequate vision, hearing, and coordination to safely operate a vehicle, navigate delivery locations, and parking environmentsField-based role with travel across multiple properties daily.Office work for documentation or team coordination.Bilingual in English and Spanish requiredCompensation & Benefits :
