Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resectionsCervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeriesPatients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokesWhat You'll Do :
Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care through the nursing process.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to promote optimal patient outcomes.Contribute to a positive patient care experience across the continuum.Why Join Us?

Use the nursing process to assess patient needs and plan individualized care.Recognize and respond to significant changes in patient conditions.Coordinate comprehensive discharge plans involving interdisciplinary collaboration.Promote a culture of safety by identifying and resolving patient safety risks.Engage in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.Qualifications :
Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Completion of an accredited nursing program.Typically, at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; proficiency in electronic medical records; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, participate in patient transfers, and operate medical equipment. Exposure to potentially hazardous materials and situations requires adherence to safety protocols.
