Technology Consultants are responsible for the implementation and configuration of the technical infrastructure including web applications, layered software, hardware platform and operating systems. The Technology Consultant regularly consults with clients on best practices, issue resolution and experience guidance in order to improve the performance / reliability of client's technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for configuring Pega rules, in accordance with an agreed technical design
• Development using Pega Case management & Pega integrations like Rest API & SOAP
• Occasionally responsible for providing a detailed technical design for enterprise solutions
• Understands a broad spectrum of technology in order to provide part or all of a detailed technical design which meets customer requirements
• Often leads small-to-medium technical projects. Works with and under the direction of the Project / Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives. Liaises with Solutions Architect as appropriate
• Provides technical support and input on the application of technology to a defined business segment
• Provides advice on solution and integration opportunities to defined segments
• Provides technical leadership on specific integration activities that are part of an engagement
• Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment
• Communicates across client community, and is viewed as adding value
• Contributes to knowledge tools and communities, and ensures project learning's are documented and shared. Role models Focuses on single customer. Solves diverse and complex. May lead a project team.

Qualifications

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $58,800 to $101,520. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
