The Opportunity :

As an Investment Counselor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients across the United States. You will collaborate with internal portfolio decision-makers, research teams, client service associates, and our renowned sales team to deliver unparalleled service. As a fee-only fiduciary firm, our compensation structure is designed to align with our clients' best interests, free from the concerns of commission-based pay. Our unique training program will equip you with extensive knowledge of our approach to finance and capital markets, while your group manager will provide guidance to enhance your professional growth.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

  • Act as the cornerstone of our Private Client Group, cultivating strong relationships with clients and educating them on our top-down portfolio strategy, their investments, and relevant market events.
  • Engage proactively with clients on a quarterly basis to review their asset allocation and ensure alignment with their long-term financial objectives.
  • Work with our sales team to gradually expand your portfolio of high-net-worth clients within the first year.

Your Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in cultivating client relationships within the finance industry.
  • Possession of a Series 65 license (we will assist you in obtaining this upon joining).
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A consultative approach with a strong emphasis on client-focused service.

    • Compensation :

  • Base salary ranging from $85,000 to $135,000 per year. New hires can expect to start at the lower end of this scale based on experience.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on both firm and individual performance.
