Salary : Sales Representative
Allied USA is seeking a driven, competitive, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing Sales Team. As a key player in the sales process, youll take qualified leads generated by our SDR team and guide them through to close delivering tailored solutions that meet our customers needs.

Sales & Relationship Management
Manage a pipeline of qualified leads passed from SDRs and convert them into closed deals.
Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize deal value while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Allied USAs values and professionalism.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaboration & Growth
Work closely with the SDR team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and consistent customer messaging.
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers after the sale.
Continuously refine sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance and exceed quotas.
Contribute to a positive, high-energy, team-oriented sales culture.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in a closing sales role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient you thrive on achieving results.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (training provided).
