Accelya Digital Campaign Manager

Own end-to-end digital campaign management across integrated channels to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, bookings contribution, and meaningful engagement within target accounts. Deliver measurable impact through multi-channel campaign activation, intent-based programs, and insight-driven optimization.

  • Lead full-funnel digital campaign strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage integrated campaigns across ABM intent platforms, paid media (LinkedIn, Google), email, outreach automation tools, and programmatic channels.
  • Ensure alignment of campaign plans with product narratives, messaging frameworks, and field activation priorities.
  • Develop, repurpose, and optimize campaign content using available product and solution assets.
  • Build and manage target audience segments, automated nurture workflows, scoring models, and reports in marketing automation systems.
  • Optimize digital programs using performance data, intent signals, persona insights, and account-level engagement metrics.
  • Deliver ongoing ABM and campaign reporting, including insights on account activity, content performance, channel effectiveness, and funnel progression.
  • Work closely with Field Marketing and Sales to ensure timely lead follow-up, conversion acceleration, and strong feedback loops.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine campaign strategy, targeting, and content based on data-driven insights.
  • Present campaign plans, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Outcome Expectations

  • Generate qualified leads (MQLs, SQLs) through targeted, multi-channel activation.
  • Drive qualified pipeline growth across priority segments and target accounts.
  • Support bookings progression by accelerating opportunities with targeted nurture and digital engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights that inform campaign targeting, content strategy, and digital investment decisions.
  • Expand market reach through competitive and whitespace acquisition programs.
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign management.
  • Demonstrated success running integrated digital campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.).
  • Strong experience with ABM intent platforms (e.g., Intentsify, Demandbase, 6sense).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and programmatic channels.
  • Ability to build target segments, nurture streams, scoring models, and automated workflows.
  • Strong storytelling and narrative development skills; can synthesize product messaging into compelling campaigns.
  • Comfortable collaborating with product, field marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Data-driven mindset : able to synthesize data into insights, identify optimization opportunities, and quantify pipeline impact.
  • Effective communicator who can present confidently to senior leadership.
  • Highly organized, self-starter, fast-moving, and able to operate with a startup mindset.
  • Go-getter attitude with bias toward action and minimal supervision.
  • Preferred Experience

  • B2B enterprise software or SaaS technology background.
  • Experience in industries with long, complex sales cycles (e.g., travel tech, aviation).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Dynamics CRM, Salesforce and BI tools like Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Prior experience managing global or multi-region campaigns.
