Senior Healthcare Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. HCS Operations Inventory & Quality Analyst (Eligibility).

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and efficient distribution of inventory across operations teams

Conduct audits of operations to validate compliance with internal and regulatory standards

Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting, supporting operational workflow and quality improvement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in claims, billing, or healthcare eligibility

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Minimum 1 year of experience with large volumes of healthcare data

Experience in roles involving workflow contributions and quality / auditing

Knowledge of Medicaid / Medicare Coordination of Benefits and Third-Party Liability
