Exercise Specialist / Physical Therapy Technician Tasks :

• Support Therapists : Assist in setting up and monitoring daily exercise treatments based on the therapists plan of care.
• Equipment Setup : Learn to set up and assist patients on a variety of equipment including machine weights and aerobic conditioning devices all as part of personalized treatment plans.
• Data Entry & Administrative Support : Maintain accurate patient records marketing materials and patient information.
• Clinic Cleanliness & Organization : Keep the therapy area tidy follow cleaning protocols and take the initiative to organize when patient assistance is not required.
• Customer Service : Answer phones take referrals pre-authorize visits and provide additional support with front desk or billing duties as needed.
• Teamwork : Assist other clinics or departments as necessary always staying flexible and willing to pitch in where needed.
