Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated System Engineer to join our team System Integration & Test Long Range Radars Department within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities Directorate is seeking a Systems Engineer II Systems Integration Engineer who will support systems integration activities primarily in Tewksbury MA in support of systems development integration and test activities. You will be responsible for engineering activities that include systems integration verification validation test exportability techniques and data analysis. You will work independently and side-by-side with multidisciplinary engineering team members.

What You Will Do

• Participate in integration and test planning / execution executing verification / validation events and perform analysis to identify and resolve technical observations.
• Conduct system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.
• Execute integration plans and testing activities according to defined tasks milestones / schedules.
• Integrate and test system software builds for supporting integration verification and test activities.
• Collaborate with cross-program leads / stakeholders to generate test approaches ensure test-setup readiness and participate in key processes (peer gate and test readiness reviews).
• Confirm test and evaluation processes are conducted according to established procedures for software and hardware and ensure compliance with Department of Defense technology release and export licensing policies.
• Willingness to do local and non-local travel including experience with domestic and foreign military sales products. Expected travel is around 10%.

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
