A company is looking for a remote Customer Service Representative to support their Driven Claims Team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
Open, maintain, and resolve Customer Care tickets by recording issues and account information
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's experience and determining the best solution
Required Qualifications
Proven customer support experience
High school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of experience; post-secondary education may substitute for experience
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft programs
Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
