Uber Eats is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our US&C Restaurants Team. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of SMB Sales Representatives focused on driving new business acquisition and accelerating market growth. You'll be responsible for achieving ambitious monthly revenue targets, developing your team's skills, and ensuring strong collaboration across functions to deliver best-in-class results. What You'll Do

• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed acquisition and revenue goals.
• Monitor performance, quota attainment, and pipeline health to ensure consistent execution and delivery against targets.
• Conduct regular deal reviews, call observations, and performance calibrations to identify strengths and growth areas.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and City Operations) to align on market priorities and optimize performance.
• Serve as a key thought partner to Territory Leadership on short- and long-term business strategy, growth opportunities, and process improvement.
• Work with Sales Operations to analyze performance data, improve workflows, and ensure the team has the tools needed to sell effectively.

For Dallas, TX-based roles : The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $136,429 - $151,429. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $95,500 - $106,000 and an annualized cash variable incentive target range of $40,929 - $45,429. The cash variable incentive payment is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan. An equity award and other forms of compensation may be included in the offer. You will also be eligible for various benefits.

For Phoenix, AZ-based roles : The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $121,929 - $134,500. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $85,500 - $94,000 and an annualized cash variable incentive target range of $36,429 - $40,500. The cash variable incentive payment is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan. An equity award and other forms of compensation may be included in the offer. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
