As a Security Officer - Flex - Access Control and Patrol in The Greater Greencastle, PA Area , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As an Access Control and Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling location, you will monitor entrances, check badges, and conduct regular patrols to help deter security-related incidents. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors by providing top-notch customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate : $16.97 / Hour

Job Schedule :

  • Must be available to work ALL SHIFTS AND ALL DAYS OF THE WEEK

    • What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the site location.
  • Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the site premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential issues.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as needed, in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal protocols.
  • Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and / or other unwanted behavior.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
  • Access Control and Badge experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
