Medical Front Desk Receptionist | Colorado Applicants Only

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Medical Receptionist to join a well-established clinic in the heart of Denver, CO. As the first face patients see, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and keeping the front office running efficiently. Location: Denver, CO

*This position is fully in-person*

Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour DOE

Schedule: M-F 8a-5p

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors, directing questions to the appropriate staff.
• Schedule provider appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and efficient use of exam and treatment rooms.
• Collect co-pays and other payments from patients.
• Collect patient ID and necessary information for appointments.
• Retrieve patient files, sequence paperwork, add new patient record forms, and prepare files for physician examination or treatment.
• Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
• Assist patients with insurance papers and billing questions.
• Participate in the medical office emergency routine when required, and call EMS or assist other staff members as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Recent experience six (6) months as a medical receptionist
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Available to work full time, in person
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
