Join Our Compassionate Team as a Part-Time RN / LPN!

Are you a dedicated RN or LPN looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and team-focused environment? We invite you to apply for our part-time position requiring 24 hours a week, with a flexible mix of day and evening shifts (7-3 and 3-11). Enjoy a starting pay of $37.50+ / hr based on experience and a $3000 sign-on bonus.

Your Responsibilities :

Deliver exceptional nursing care in compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized resident care plans.

Implement care protocols aimed at enhancing resident safety and well-being.

Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions, ensuring timely communication with health care providers.

Lead and guide direct care staff by assigning daily tasks and overseeing quality of care.

Foster strong relationships with residents and families for effective communication and support.

Administer medications and treatments accurately, maintaining compliance with nursing policies.

Promote a positive and encouraging culture for both residents and team members.

Qualifications Required :

Must possess a Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.

Experience in long-term care, particularly with elderly patients, preferred.

Valid RN or LPN license in the State of New Hampshire is required. IV certification is a plus. CPR certification is mandatory.
