A company is looking for a User Support Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the BSNA Field Organization by resolving Support Requests
Mentor User Support Associates and assist in the development of new tools and processes
Identify trends through analysis and propose long-term corrective actions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in the field or 5-8 years in the service industry
Basic knowledge of accounting / finance and business principles
Working knowledge of both Custom and Out of the Box applications preferred
Basic SQL and database structure knowledge preferred
Proficient in MS Office
