[job_card.job_description]Provide financial support to the regional sales team to help achieve sales targets and accelerate cash flow. Communicate regularly with the sales team to understand their financing needs and provide corresponding solutions. Project Management Manage the progress of various financing projects, ensuring that they are implemented on time and achieve the expected returns. Develop risk control measures for financing projects and conduct risk assessment and management. Performance Evaluation Complete all financing tasks and regularly report to management on the status of regional financing efforts, providing data analysis and market feedback. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, or related fields. At least 5 years of work experience in the financial industry, especially in financing, credit, and financial resource management. Familiar with the local financial market, with resources in banks and financial institutions, and a deep understanding of financing policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Bank Resource Development
- Effectively utilize local banks and financial resources to establish and maintain strong business relationships that support the company's financing needs.
- Communicate regularly with local banks and financial institutions to track changes in financing policies and obtain the latest financing solutions.
- Financing Solution Design
- Responsible for integrating various financing solutions, including comprehensive credit, factoring, dealer financing, store opening financing, and consumer credit.
- Participate in the preliminary assessment of financing for future regional factory projects and develop feasible financing plans.
