Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles across technical and non-technical functions
Partner with C-suite and VP-level leaders to define hiring strategy and role scope
Lead executive-level search strategy, market mapping, and complex offer negotiations
Required Qualifications
8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles
Proven ability to handle complex compensation scenarios and close top talent
Prior experience working directly with C-Level executives and founders
Strong business acumen and understanding of the leadership talent landscape
Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning
