Package Room Attendant

A NYC-based luxury real estate company has an immediate opening for an experienced Package Room Attendant in a 394-unit luxury rental building on the Long Island City waterfront. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Package Room Attendant in a residential building and will possess strong communication and customer service skills.

Package Room Attendant Responsibilities:

Accept and manage packages, communicate with residents, and log package information. Maintain cleanliness of package room and surrounding areas.

Package Room Attendant Requirements:

• Minimum of one (1) year’s customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to speak and write clearly.
• Capability to pay close attention to detail.
• Must have flexible work availability. Must be available to work overtime as needed.
• Some heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) may be required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have experience using a computer on the job.

Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage and full benefits package.
