Details :

Multiple Locations : Kentucky / Indiana; Airport options close by

Need : Nephrologists for inpatient and outpatient clinic

When : Immediate Need; Quick credentialing possible

Model : Inpatient Coverage, Outpatient, Dialysis patients

EMR : EPIC

Support Specialties : Hospitalist program, Pulmonary Critical Care, Cardiology, GI, Neurology, Orthopedics, Anesthesia, Wound Care, etc.

Ability to transfer higher acuity cases to affiliated partner tertiary care centers

Opportunity for short or long blocks of shifts

ICU : Intensivists are onsite

Travel & Lodging covered

Medical Malpractice Provided - Including Tail

What we would need from you :

1) Are you licensed in Indiana and / or Kentucky already? Or do you have the IMLC?

2) How soon are you looking to start and how many shifts per month would you be looking for? If you have specific dates of availability that would be helpful to know as well.

3) How many shifts are you available and comfortable to do in a row (i.e. 7, 10, 14, etc.)?

5) Is there any history of Medical Malpractice claims?

6) Would there be anything that would come up during the Credentialing process, or in something such as a background check or NPDB report that we would need to know about?
