This role is built for someone who wants to learn the insurance business the right wayby doing it, not just talking about it. Youll work directly with an established Farmers Agent in Platte Woods who has spent over 8 years helping clients make smart, personalized insurance decisions across the Kansas City metro.
Day to day, youll be in front of customershaving real conversations, learning how to ask the right questions, and helping people understand coverage that actually fits their lives and businesses. Youll be prospecting, quoting, and closing business, but youll also learn how an agency truly runs : managing relationships, retaining clients, and building long-term value, not just quick wins.
This isnt a desk job or a script-reading role. Youll be coached, challenged, and trusted to grow. Over time, youll build your own book of business while gaining hands-on exposure to the skills needed to eventually become an Agent.
