Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, WIP, job cost accounting, AP / AR, and payrollManage cash flow forecasting and financial analysisSupport project managers with budgeting, cost control, and financial planningLead and mentor the accounting teamCoordinate year-end review with external accounting partnersStrengthen processes, controls, and financial accuracyLong-Term Responsibilities (Transition to CFO)
