Thompson First Group is seeking an Quality Assurance Manager for a direct placement opportunity for a local client in Aston, PA.

Candidates that have a background maintaining, managing, and improving AS9100-compliant Quality Management Systems are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities :

• 7-10 years in a senior quality position
• 3+ years of experience in an ISO9001 or AS9100 environment
• High level of proficiency with AWS welding codes and workmanship standards
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Previous supervisory experience
• GDT (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) experience
• Proficiency with all inspection tools (e.g. depth gauges, calipers, micrometers, scales, etc.)
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
