Pediatric Neurology Locums Job in California Ongoing and Up To Full-Time Coverage

Details / Requirements for Assignment :

Active California medical license required

Clean malpractice background highly preferred

Board Certification required

Fellowship preferred

Dates of Need : Starting early 2026, pending credentialing.

Ongoing clinic assignment with shared nights / weekend call

Work Type : Mix of inpatient and outpatient, consisting of 6 7 half-day clinics per week plus on-call duties

Clinic Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Commitment : Can be Full Time or Part Time; the facility is willing to accept rotating physicians (e.g., 2 weeks on / off)

250+ bed hospital

Patient volume : 5-10 patients per 24-hour call shift

California license required

Patient Volume : The physician will typically round on 0 4 patients per day

Admissions / Discharges : Handled by the Pediatric resident team

Procedures : The physician is required to read EEGs

Stroke Protocol : Code strokes are not handled on-site; risks identified early are transferred

Support : includes one full-time NP, one MA, and one part-time RN coordinator
