Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams delivering AI-enabled solutions for the U.S. Army.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and continuous improvement

Guide and coach the team on Agile principles to optimize performance and ensure high-quality software delivery

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet the Army's unique needs

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of software development and AI technologies

Prior military experience, particularly in command and control (C2) or logistics, is highly preferred

Experience supporting defense or military programs

Ability to engage effectively with government stakeholders and understand operational contexts

Familiarity with Agile practices and the ability to apply them in mission-specific environments
