Contribute to tech strategy and scalability plans.

Reduce technical debt for long-term stability.

Requirements

BA in Computer Science or related field.

8+ years in software development.

Strong Ruby on Rails experience.

Proven track record with scalable APIs and backend services.

Familiar with Kafka, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub.

AWS (RDS, ElastiCache, CloudSearch) experience is a plus.
