The Technical Support Manager’s role is to oversee the Technical Operations Department’s effort to achieve the stated objectives of the company, to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain the profitability of the services being provided while growing the talent and effectiveness of the operations department. This role will also be required to offer technical support to clients.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Oversee 75% client billable utilization from the each of the technical staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Utilize phone, email and client portal to coordinate and oversee service delivery
- Assist upper management with oversight of operations and ensure processes are being followed by the technicians
- Provide project management services to include hardware / software procurement
Qualifications :
Previous experience in help desk or managed services environment, Windows Server builds and upgrades.Previous experience providing cybersecurity servicesAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem solving skillsExperience in Datto / Autotask or other PSA preferredCompany Description
