[job_card.job_description]Prepare and Cook with Care : Assemble and prepare menu items such as sandwiches, pastas, and sautéed dishes, following La Madeleine’s recipes and standards for taste, portion, and presentation. Maintain Quality & Consistency : Ensure all food is cooked and served to company standards — fresh, accurate, and beautifully presented. Deliver Great Service : Communicate effectively with teammates and support smooth, efficient kitchen and front-of-house operations. Follow Food Safety Standards : Handle all food according to safety and sanitation guidelines, including temperature checks, storage, and labeling. Stay Organized : Keep workstations stocked, clean, and orderly throughout the shift. Support the Team : Assist with prep, restocking, and cross-functional duties as needed to keep service flowing. Passion for great food and guest satisfaction Basic culinary or kitchen experience preferred (we’ll train the right candidate) Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Tips vary depending on tier and location.
