**About the Role:**

You will step into a pivotal role, serving as a dedicated expert in business analysis and workflow optimization. This isn't just about managing systems; it's about being a strategic partner, designing and implementing solutions that directly enhance our client's ability to deliver compelling campaigns and creative content. You will be instrumental in gathering crucial insights, translating them into actionable system configurations, and ensuring that marketing operations run seamlessly. Your work will directly contribute to faster project delivery, improved collaboration, and a more agile response to market demands, ultimately impacting the client's reach and success.

**What You'll Do:**

* **Strategic Workflow Design:** Gather and meticulously document business requirements, mapping out current and future-state marketing and campaign workflows to identify areas for significant improvement.
* **Platform Configuration & Optimization:** Configure and maintain essential platform objects, including forms, templates, routing rules, dashboards, and user access, ensuring the system aligns perfectly with operational needs.
* **Operational Support & Troubleshooting:** Provide day-to-day administration, proactive troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of the workflow management platform.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with marketing, creative, legal, IT, and operations teams to design and implement scalable, efficient workflows.
* **Solution Delivery:** Actively participate in solution build cycles, from initial design and configuration through testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
* **Empowering Users:** Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, complemented by clear and concise supporting documentation.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of robust Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and detailed documentation.
* 3+ years of hands-on administration and configuration experience with a leading workflow management platform (e.g., Adobe Workfront).
* Proven experience supporting marketing or creative operations workflows.
* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs.
* Demonstrated experience working within agile or iterative delivery environments.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in complex, highly regulated environments.
* Familiarity with integration tools or platforms (e.g., Workfront Fusion).
* Experience with broader workflow automation or orchestration platforms.
* Exposure to digital asset management systems or similar enterprise content platforms.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.18 to $50.20 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
