California Licensed Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Senior Project Lead - Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate team meetings and guide the team in estimating work while ensuring adherence to Agile practices

Promote Agile quality practices and help the team mitigate impediments to achieve iteration goals

Coordinate with other Agile teams and support the Product Owner in communication of priorities and roadmaps

Required Qualifications

SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Professional certification

Five years of experience as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams

Five years of experience in a large matrixed organization with an understanding of IT landscape

Expertise in leading Agile development teams and implementing Scrum methodologies

Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence for managing work items
