Job Description :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating project activities, liaising with team members and stakeholders, and tracking progress against project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information
  • Help define project scopes and objectives
  • Assist in the development of project documentation and reports
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Ensure that all project deadlines are met

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management or coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
