Job Description
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Richmond-area clinics, including Colonial Heights, in a hybrid role. This full-time position allows for remote clinical work with a required monthly on-site presence for direct staff support and clinic collaboration.
The selected candidate must be willing to obtain a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote clinical supervision for ABA services
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs
Review data and ensure treatment integrity
Maintain payer and ethical compliance
Participate in monthly on-site clinic visits
Collaborate with clinic leadership and operations teams
Requirements
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Willingness to obtain Virginia LBA
Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams
Strong knowledge of ABA clinical and ethical standards
Strong documentation, data analysis, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
Must pass background check and credentialing
