A company is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to manage client relationships and drive success through effective implementation and support of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding implementation, training, and ongoing support
Conduct proactive business reviews and outreach to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client challenges and manage escalations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year of experience in sales, implementation, support, or product management related to a SaaS product
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
Experience in organizing, prioritizing, and managing a high workload
Demonstrated analytical abilities
