SUMMARY : Everest Client seeks a Controller to join a growing organization where you will play a key role in shaping financial visibility, operational performance, and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams, and wants to directly influence cost efficiency, production performance, and overall business results. You will own key financial processes—including costing, monthly closings, budgeting, and project analysis—while serving as a trusted advisor to both local leadership and Group HQ.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Drive the development and enhancement of financial analyses used by local management and Group headquarters.
- Oversee industrial costing by validating BOM, labor, and overhead data, ensuring accurate costing within the ERP system.
- Monitor performance against standards and targets, highlighting variances and leading follow-up on improvement initiatives, including outsourcing projects and long-term costing enhancements.
Monthly Closing & Performance Review
Conduct detailed analyses of production KPIs, inventory valuation, and monthly accruals.Review SG&A cost trends and variances, presenting insights in clear, actionable formats.Prepare cost, gross margin, and EBITDA bridge analyses, aligned with Group reporting requirements.Partner with Credit Management and Accounting on working capital and cash analysis.Budgeting & Forecasting
Manage budget processes and cost evolution across multiple operational lines.Develop standard margin calculations by product and contribute to Group transfer pricing processes.Forecast production volumes, inventory levels, and support cash-flow projections with Accounting.Project Analysis & Process Improvement
Deliver financial insights for product development and new product launches.Document, refine, and implement procedures to support local operations and meet Group internal control standards.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in Finance or Controlling within industrial, manufacturing or service-oriented environments.Strong proficiency with ERP / CRM platforms and advanced Excel or similar analytical tools.
