We are looking to hire a Part Time Receptionist / Insurance Assistant. This individual should be friendly and outgoing, have a great work ethic and be professional. Good communication, computer and organizational skills a must. The candidate should have a positive and proactive attitude, be a self motivated individual and a team player. Responsibilities include, but not limited to : Answering phones, processing incoming and outgoing mail, assisting both our Commercial and Personal Lines departments with daily work tasks, welcoming guests and scheduling appointments.

The work schedule will be three to five days a week from 8 : 30 to 5 : 00 . Hourly rate will be based on experience. Qualified candidates please send a cover letter and resume to Tracey.
