Are you a board-certified Family Medicine Physician seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity? We have a long-term locums position available in a beautiful area near Hatley, WI. This role is a fantastic chance to work with a supportive, collaborative team in an outpatient setting. If you're looking for a position that allows you to make a meaningful impact in the community while maintaining flexibility in your schedule, this opportunity is for you!

Position Highlights :

  • Location : Near Hatley, Wisconsin
  • Setting : Outpatient, no inpatient requirements
  • Start Date : December 1, 2024
  • Duration : Ongoing, with permanent openings available if interested
  • Schedule : Minimum of two consecutive days per week; no on-call duties
  • Patient Load : 15 patients per shift
  • Support Staff : 2 RNs, 6 MAs, and 2 office staff
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
  • Licensing Requirement : Must have a Wisconsin medical license or qualify for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-quality family medicine care in an outpatient clinic
  • Supervise and mentor residents at a family medicine residency clinic (optional)
  • Participate in the care of underserved populations, with the option to supervise embedded MAT / suboxone clinics and transgender care (upskilling available)
  • Ability to see patients independently as needed

    • Additional Information :

  • Required Certifications : Board Certification in Family Medicine, BLS certification
  • Credentialing : Approximately 60 days
  • Travel and Lodging : Nearest airport is CWA; lodging options include the Hilton Garden Inn
