As a Compliance Analyst, you'll be working on our Compliance team in Canada and report into the Director, Compliance. The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for supporting Employment Hero's AML / CTF compliance function by conducting client onboarding reviews, client enhanced due diligence, monitoring transactional activity, and assisting in the development of procedural documentation and internal controls. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to compliance monitoring and risk assessment.
