DocuSign Application Developer, Senior

Your Role

The Corporate Platform Technology team is a critical member of the IT Applications organization and is responsible for providing technical and functional leadership for multiple products in Corporate Services including Finance, Global Business Services, and Human Resources. It provides product and system solutions to support digital transformation, automation, application security, regulatory compliance, and end-user support. The Full Stack Engineer will report to the Senior Director, Corporate Platform Technology. In this role you will be deeply involved in the design, development, and deployment of secure, high-quality software solutions in collaboration with multiple business units across the organization on their transition to digital business processes. You will consult on architecture and use cases and implement and enforce DevSecOps related to applications like DocuSign, RyanTracker Pro and TeamMate Plus. Your Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience), with at least 3 years of Docusign experience and 5+ years in enterprise application support and cloud-based solutions
• Proven hands-on experience in user provisioning, configuration, template design and enhancement, coding, integration, and deployment of DocuSign applications.
• Configure and support the DocuSign eSignature module.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to end users, ensuring prompt resolution of issues related to DocuSign workflows and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of DocuSign features and enhance overall system efficiency
• Solid experience with JavaScript, along with CSS responsive design practices
• Expertise in supporting applications built on .NET (2.0+), Java, hosted across Windows and Linux environments and MuleSoft platforms.
• Familiarity with networking and security protocols including TCP / IP, HTTP, SSL, DNS, LDAP, Active Directory, XML, IIS, authentication protocols, SSH, and SFTP.
• Experience with API integrations using Java, MuleSoft, and other tools is desirable
• Working knowledge of deploying and managing applications using containerization (Docker) in cloud environments like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, service-oriented architecture, and enterprise cloud integration, preferably with experience in Microsoft Azure and virtualization platforms such as Citrix.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate and execute technical deliverable.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong process orientation with the ability to follow and improve procedures for critical maintenance and operational tasks.
