Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Pay $26.00-$28.00 based on experience

A well-established construction company in the area is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong AP experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment who is looking to grow within a stable and respected organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure timely payments and adherence to company policies
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues
  • Maintain organized records and assist with the month-end close

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in construction or a related industry
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
