The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Consultant with a proven history of exceeding aggressive sales targets. This is not an entry-level position; it's an opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise, mentor junior team members, and drive significant revenue growth. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to complex accounts, manage high-value leads, and play a critical part in our market expansion. What You'll Do

Manage and close a high-value pipeline of qualified inbound leads and prospects. You will be responsible for navigating more complex deals and managing a robust sales cycle.

Act as a strategic advisor, conducting in-depth needs assessments and presenting sophisticated accounting and tax solutions to high-potential clients.

Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced sales representatives, contributing to the overall success and development of the team.

Develop and execute advanced sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed aggressive individual and team KPIs.

Expertly manage client relationships, providing an exceptional level of service that fosters long-term partnerships and referrals.

Utilize and master our CRM system and other sales technology to analyze data, forecast sales, and optimize your performance.

Who You Are

A seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 5+ years of proven success in a sales role, with a verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive quotas.

A strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build long-lasting client relationships.

A leader and mentor with a collaborative attitude who enjoys helping others succeed.

Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve and surpass targets.

Comfortable and adaptable with new technology, using it to gain a competitive edge and optimize your workflow.

Compensation & Benefits :

Compensation :

Base Salary : A competitive base salary, commensurate with experience.

Commission : Uncapped commission structure with a clear and transparent plan, providing significant upside potential for top performers.

Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) : The average OTE for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000, with top performers exceeding this range.
